Ceinwen Kingsbeer and myself have now officially formed a team at RE/MAX.

We continue to have Jo as our Buyer’s Specialist and Pascal remains our right hand man, looking after anything between the office management, marketing and of course open homes and contracts.

I am vey excited about this change and hope you are too! I look forward to providing you with our positive energy and excellent service as a valued client in both your selling and buying decisions.

We can now service all of the Kapiti Coast and can offer our clients our specialty home staging service – this can potentially add thousands onto the sale price.

Real Estate Agents Authority

The Real Estate Agents Authority was launched on Tuesday 17 November 2009.

The authority is there to assist both consumers - people buying or selling a property - and those who work in the real estate industry.  Our focus is to ensure a high standard of service and professionalism within the industry, and provide increased consumer protection.

The Authority is a Crown entity, established under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 to provide independent oversight of the real estate industry, increase consumer protection and raise industry standards.

Kapiti Coast realtor Marianne Tavenier has been named

Number 11 Sales Consultant in Harcourts New Zealand,
